No matter how into fashion your are, there are always some things that make you go HMMMMMMMM. For example, why would one choose to tape coke cans to the side of one's head? Or, do models get hazard pay for walking in those batshit crazy Nina Ricci shoes?
Well now is your opportunity. Each week, I'll call on one fancy fashion person--stylists, editors, photographers, designers, models--to give you the inside track on their weird and wacky worlds. Wondering how to look pretty in a party photo? Why handbags cost more than a months rent? How to sneak into a fashion party? Put your questions in the comments field below and we'll do our darndest to get 'em answered.
UPDATE: In honor of South by Southwest, our first installment will be a Q&A with Rilo Kiley stylist Jenny Reyes, who just launched her own line of super cute vintage-inspired swimsuits and summerwear. Have a question about starting a clothing line? Dressing rock stars? Ask away!
I always wonder how fashion people design for men. Is it really as exciting as designing stuff for women? I was just thinking about this when you mentioned dressing rock stars. So many of them seem trying so hard to look forgettable.

Ok why is it that people always BASH leggings, especially on the runway (i'm looking at you Kors)yet wear them on the street? They're a wardrobe staple for me, so I want to know are they in? or terribly Out? And if they're in enough to pass, then why all the hateration?

I want to know ... who under 35 buys $500 shirts. When I buy a $120 shirt i feel like I'm splurging but there are so many cute boutiques oriented to young people where everything starts at $300...no entiendo
